Shoreline Plaza is a neighbourhood retail shopping centre located in the suburb of Howrah, which is situated approximately 11km east of Hobart's CBD. The centre is anchored by Woolworths, a mini major Super Dollar discount store, and supported by 17 specialty stores.

Shoreline Plaza is conveniently located within the Clarence municipal area and is close to several schools, including Howrah Primary, which is located across the road. Additionally, the centre is also located near Wentworth Park, which is one of the key sporting and recreation areas on the Eastern Shore. For sports fans, the center is just 3.1km away from the newly developed Blundstone Arena, which hosts southern AFL games and key sporting events in Tasmania.
