National Carers Week
With more than one in ten Australians providing unpaid support and care to their loved ones, we are on a mission to acknowledge and celebrate the carers in our community.
During National Carers Week, Shoreline Plaza will be rewarding carers in our community through the following ways:
COMMUNITY CARERS
We are enlisting a team of volunteers on Thursday 17 October between 10am and 2pm to support our shoppers.
Look out for our Community of Carers wearing a yellow vest as they assist our shoppers with bags, trolleys and directions in Centre. They are also giving carers free coffee cards to use in Centre.
Our Community of Carers is proudly supported by Carelink Support Services, an NDIS provider on a mission to connect hearts and change lives through tailored support services to NDIS participants.
$500 GIFT CARD FOR A CHAMPION CARER IN OUR COMMUNITY
In September, we asked you to nominate those who care for others in our community. Now, it’s time to cast your vote for the most deserving Carer.
